Duties and responsibilities
A Nursing Home Administrators work with many things like making sure all staff are working or if there is a shortage in medical supplies. They also take care of financial matters and other very important tasks. They also supervise the nursing home to make sure everything is going ok in the nursing home.

Salary: 94,000
Education: A Nursing Home Administrators must take at least a four year bachelor degree.
They also have to pass the state licensing examination. Other more advanced positions might need a masters degree. You also need to have skills in healthcare and business fields.
Demand or need for this profession: The demand for this profession is at a 17% increase from 2012-2024.

“It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company.” I think that it is better to be alone than to be in bad company because when you are alone nobody will tell you what to do. So that means nobody will tell you to do something wrong like drink alcohol or do drugs. I also think when you are alone you are less likely to have bad friends like gang members or just bad students who hate school. I  also think that when you are alone everyone will think that you are strange and that will make truly nice people be your friends because they think you are lonely and by kindness they want to be your friend. Being alone is also not that bad it will be quiet and nobody will disturb you from doing your work.
