   “True independence and freedom can only exist in doing what's right” -Brigham young What i think brigham young is trying to tell us it that if you want to have freedom then you will have to do the right thing all the time. And i think that this is true because if a person does something wrong they will lose a little of their freedom and little by little they will lose all of it. But if you do what is right then you will gain freedom not lose it i think that that is somewhat what he is trying to say. But an example of this is if you do something bad like steal a car two things will happen one the police will catch you two the guilt will consume you. But if you do something right then people around you will  see how worthy you are of freedom and leave you be. What i mean nobody will think bad thoughts towards you and leave you alone. “They’re are only truly great when you are truly good.” -George chapman I think that you can be truly good if you just be a great person a person can do anything and then say that they are good but for a person to be truly good they need to do good every day. Only then will you be great with is how you become truly good. I also think that anyone who goes the extra mile to help or to do something nice are great people. A person who wants to do good because they like to is a great person because they don’t do it for selfish reasons. I also think that he is saying that there are many people who want to be good or that look like they are good but to truly be good you need to be a great person in heart. I can’t say everything know but i think that the two main things people should be looking for is a great person because they are the peopel who are truly good

Don’t do it.” -George Mitchell I think that the worst kind of person is a person who doesn't play fair because the person that doesn’t play fair is a bad guy who should never begin to play at all. For example a man trained all of  his life to get to play a sport well but then a cheater who used something to enhance his abilities faster wins who gets hurt. Answer everyone because sooner or later the guilt will get you and then you will have to handle it it all your life or tell the truth and then you do everyone will think of you as a cheater and hurt your name and reputation. Furthermore i think that if a person plays unfair than that person holds no honor. Some people think that the are not doing anything wrong but you are doing many bad things.

I Won’t Cheat By Dale Murphy I think that cheating is a bad thing to do that ruins a lot of good sports and games. I think that cheating is a lie and that it should never be done. If you cheat then you are spitting in the face of everyone playing fair. I think that if you cheat then you might as well just steal the the trophy. Cheating is one of the worst things to do it ruins a persons character and honor.  Some people think that cheating is no big deal and that they are not hurting anyone but in truth yes they are they are hurting that people that actually put the effort to do things the right way. I think that if you win while cheating then you are lying to yourself and those around you. Things feel much better when you do things the right way and it is a greater accomplishment than winning. This is what i think about the statement that dale murphy gave us.

“Character Matters Most” By Dale Murphy I think that the  statement is very accurate i believe that it doesn’t matter if you win or lose but how you win or lose. I also think that he is right when he says that character matters most in that is right i doesn’t matter if you lose or if people around you don't like you because having a good character is always the best. For example if you go to anywhere to get a job they like people who has a great character and that is because character matters most. Another example is our grades a part  of our grade is our behavior and that can also mean our character if we have a good character we get an E if we have a bad one it is a U. i think that he has a point i like people who have good character they are fun to talk to. But that is not all because i think people with a good character also get treated better by others because they are nice. This is what i think about mr murphy’s statement.

St Patrick's Day St Patrick's day is celebrated on the 17 of march and it is celebrated internationally by many people around the world. The holiday dates back to the 460 AD to a shepherd  name patrick.St patrick was born somewhere in britain in the late 4th century AD.  They say that  at the age of 16 he was kidnapped and was brought to ireland to be a slave. He worked as a shepherd for 6 years and found god in that time. He was the person who converted ireland to christianity in the 400 ADs and was made patron saint of Ireland. There are many legends about him but he was actually not even irish. The day of his death is the day we celebrate st patrick’s day on 17th of March.

It may make a difference to all eternity whether we do right or wrong today.   By James Freeman Clarke I think that what mr Clarke said is true if we do right to day then it might affect all of eternity. I think that his words are true because it is true if we act well to day then we will have a better day tomorrow. I also think that people should look at other things like the after life i mean if you believe in that sort of stuff. But that is not all if we act well today than in the future our families will have a better time. For example if we were to help a homeless person and then because of your kindness that man works hard to become a doctor and helps you in the future when you are sick. Another example is if you work hard in high school your future will be better. I also think that if you act well then it will affect your family. That is what i think about this statement and what i think it means.

Ophthalmologist        Duties and responsibilities: The ophthalmologist is a special kind of doctor who works with diseases and illnesses of the eye. An ophthalmologist can be confused with a regular eye doctor because they have similar duties but they are not the same. An ophthalmologist can perform eye surgery and treat eye diseases. An ophthalmologist can also examine eyes and prescribe contact lenses. Salary: 197,000 Education: Two years of medical school plus 3-8 year internship. State licence also needed. Demand: 14% increase in job

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.” By Charles ketterer What Mr Charles ketterer said is true you can predict your future by creating it. If you think of your future and how you want it to be then you life will be the way you want it in the future. So i think if you work hard and don’t give up then your future will be the way you want it. I also think that if you want to build your future then you will be happy with yourself. I also think that it takes a lot of guts to do everything possible to complete your goals. And also what                        Mr Charles ketterer did is very impressive and that he is a brave person. So i think that if he is able to create his own future than everyone can. All it takes is a little bravery and passion to do it. So yes i do think that Charles ketterer has a point  by saying the statement and doing all of the things he did. And this is what i think about the statement that Charles ketterer gave us today.
